Refund Policy

1. Training Programs

Non-Refundable Once Paid: Fees paid for training programs (digital or physical) are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

  • If WLF cancels a program and no replacement date is offered.
  • If the registered participant provides a valid reason (medical emergency, etc.) at least 7 working days before the program start date — in which case, a deferral to another program may be considered at WLF's discretion.

Transfer of Registration: You may request to transfer your participation to another individual or future cohort, subject to approval and availability.

No-Show: Participants who fail to attend without prior written notice will not be eligible for refunds or transfers.

2. Merchandise Sales

Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 working days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Process: Contact us at [insert contact email/form] to initiate a return. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale or promotional items are final unless proven defective.

3. Donations & Fundraisers

Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Women Leadership Foundation are considered final and non-refundable.

Exception — Fundraiser Cancellation: If a specific fundraising initiative is canceled, you may request a refund by contacting us at enquiry@womenleadershipfoundation.com.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days depending on your bank or provider.
