As of December 2024, WLF has empowered over 1,000 trained leaders, delivered nearly 3,000 hours of training, and contributed 1,861 mentoring hours — reaching more than 4,800 individuals across Malaysia.

While our focus is on advancing women in leadership, our programs are also inclusive of men — because we don’t lead in silos. We believe in nurturing allies, fostering awareness, and building spaces where men and women can grow, challenge norms, and lead together for a better Malaysia.

And we’re just getting started — our goal is to train 2,500 leaders by 2026, shaping a new generation of inclusive, ethical, and empowered changemakers.
