GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for registering for the Sustainable Leadership Talk, held in conjunction with Sarawak Women of Tomorrow (SWOT) 2026 (Season 5). Please review the following terms and conditions before submitting your registration.

1. Registration and Confirmation

Registration is subject to seat availability. Submission of this form does not constitute immediate confirmation of participation. Registration will be officially confirmed by the Women Leadership Foundation (WLF) following verification of the submitted information and completion of the required payment or supporting documentation.

2. Participation Fees

The participation fee is RM499 per participant for registrations of one (1) to two (2) participants. The group rate of RM399 per participant applies only when more than three participants are registered under the same organisation or purchase.

All stated fees are exclusive of SST. The applicable SST will be reflected in the official invoice or quotation.

3. Payment

Payment must be made according to the instructions and payment deadline stated in the invoice, quotation or confirmation issued by WLF. WLF reserves the right to release unconfirmed seats if payment or the required supporting documentation is not received within the stipulated period.

For invoice processing, vendor registration, HRD Corp documentation or other payment-related requirements, please contact WLF directly.

4. Programme Details

The Sustainable Leadership Talk will take place on 7 October 2026 at Damai Lagoon Resort, Santubong, Sarawak.

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the programme schedule, session timing, speaker line-up or programme arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any material changes.

5. Transportation and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation and accommodation. These costs are not included in the Day 4 participation fee unless otherwise confirmed in writing by WLF.

6. Cancellation, Substitution and Refunds

Upon confirmation of registration, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, participant substitutions may be accepted if WLF is informed in writing before the programme, subject to approval and administrative requirements.

7. Photography and Recording

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the programme for documentation, reporting and promotional purposes. By attending the programme, participants acknowledge that their images may appear in materials published by WLF unless they inform the organiser of any concerns in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, presentations, toolkits and related content remain the intellectual property of WLF, the respective speakers or its programme partners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use these materials without prior written permission.

9. Agreement

By submitting this registration form, the purchaser and nominated participant(s) confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
