Datuk Zunaidah Idris is an accreditation HRDCorp trainer and a Founder and Vice Chairman of the Women Leadership Foundation (WLF). As Chairperson of WLF’s Leadership Pillar, she initiated impactful programs such as Elevate Your Leadership (EYL), Leadership Mentoring Programme (LAMP), and Sarawak Women of Tomorrow (SWOT), while securing partnerships with Huawei Malaysia and the Asia School of Business. Currently she holds the position of Adjunct Professor at UTM’s Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and member of the Board of Trustees for the UKM Leadership Endowment Fund, and an Advisory Panel for Malaysia Women in Energy (MyWIE). She was formerly the Chairperson of IMPAC, under the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities, an agency focusing on talent skill and development for the plantation and commodity sectors. Datuk Zunaidah is a former Senior VP of Hong LeongInvestment Bank with more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry. She has successfully developed many talents to be placed among the GLCs. She has initiated multiple learning platforms for industry players, and one of the most significant learning platformsisBursa -HLIB Stratum Series.
